Ok i am the same one who said she was raped and didnt know how to tell her parents because I was to scared...well see the thing is i am to scared to do that because the guy who raped me was my 18 year old cuzin and he said he would kill me if he found out I told anyone and well since hes my cuzin he will find out that people know very quickly even if he just finds out i told someone i was raped he will find a way to kill me...i really have no clue what to do and I am so freaked out...plz help

first of all your cousin wont dare lay a hand on you. when a rapist says he's going to kill you if you tell someone thare just scared themselves that there going to get cought. i am so terribly sorry that happened to you. i know whats its like to have someone threaten you and you feel you can never escape from the fear that person puts into you. but you know what? the first step in getting over this fear is to tell someone. if you are not ready to tell your parents then tell a good friend you can trust. sometimes it feels better to know that someone is on your side, then you can tell your parents together. but please listen to me, i am begging you from the bottom of my heart to tell someone. if you dont then he's won and he just might be raping someone else. every thirty seconds a woman or child is sexualy or physically abused. your thirty seconds may have gone but someone else's will come if you dont get help now! if you need support advice, or someone to talk to please dont hesitate to e-mail me. i wish you the best of luck.
