I'm burningXstar (feel free to shorten that to any name you like!) i'm a student living in the UK, and as well as having a very mixed up life, I do enjoy trying to help others with their problems and woes in return for everyone elses much appreciated advice =)

I try to help people as best as I can, most of my advice is through personal experience, and experiences I have learnt through people around me. I consider myself to be a good listener, and tend to pick up on lots of little details, so hopefully this will also help me to answer any questions! I also study biology so if relevant I will use scientific data to back up any questions. However there are always going to be some things I honestly know nothing about! I will not give half hearted answers to these questions! Therefore I will only answer questions I can put all my knowledge and effort into.

My realm of topics still varies, hence why I haven't listed any "main catagories". But if you have any questions feel free to ask me for any advice and I promise I will reply! =)

Ok at first glance this may seem like one of those "I wanna lose weight, but im way to lazy to do it, any ideas?" questions, well its not. I do want to lose weight, i run and im trying out for volleyball and i also skateboard. What im wondering is if anyone has any idea of websites besides teentone.com that you can get printouts from to keep track of what you eat and whatnot.

Try keeping a diary of what you eat everyday and at what time. It helps if you eat 3 meals a day instead of snacking... Keep track of your progress by checking you're eating you daily intake of fruit veg potien and the rest! Take vitimins if you feel you're lacking any... but DON'T calorie count... it's frustrating and limits what you can eat! and don't feel like you have to limit your eating, just eat healthly instead of high fat/carb/sugar foods! Sugar is stored as fat... which makes it a bigger nono! Organic and fresh foods are best, anything processed or full of sugar is generally bad... Try eating more fruit and veg if you don't already and keep up the exersize
