i have insomnia too, have ever since i can remember. Basically, your either really stressed, or its something physical. Try not eating past 10, or not drinking as much soda or coffee. Also, try drinking a warm glass of milk before bed. Sleeping pills are never the answer, you want to take a little amount of pills as possible ever. You can also try like writting poetry or in a diary about things your really stressin about or just have on your mind before you go to bed. It should help.
