Me & my guy friend had a fight like 2 weeks ago, then last week I called him to apologize (it was nothing big i swear...just stupid) and i don't think he was happy to hear from me. He went to out of town for a few days and just got back today and now he's leaving again tomorrow for a week and a 1/2. I havent talked to him since I've called him. He told my friend that he's not mad but he just doesn't wanna talk to me bc he's afraid then I might start to like him. I sent him a text asking him if he was still mad and he never texted me back. I need to know if I should try calling him again TONIGHT before he leaves again bc I really miss him sooo much and I don't want our friendship to be over because of this bc we've been friends for 6 yrs & have been thru soooo frikin much together! HELP PLEASE!!! WHAT SHOULD I DO???? And if I call him, what should I say to get him to listen to me? Thanks! (link)

Whaaaat? He's not talking to you because he's afraid you'll end up liking him? Pardon me, but that's weird.
If that's his reason, I really can't say. It sounds like it really depends on what the argument was about (like it has something to do with him thinking you're going to end up liking him).
Anyway, call him, and just tell him you're sorry, and that you don't want to lose your friendship. If you do like him (and he knows, or he figures), say that you value your friendship more (if that's true). If he won't talk to you, at least just tell him he's free to get in touch with you if/when he decides he wants to talk to you again.

Thanks so much that really helps! But our argument wasn't over if i like him or not (which i secretly do!) but i value our friendship more! But do you think he's afraid that he likes me and just trying to cover up for it? Leave me a post on my advice column if you want-my username is ELISE
