okay .. one of my really good guy friends is moving away. im 13/f and we just finished 8th grade.. well i want to have a moving party for hym and make it a suprise..

Give him a cup with a thousand mile long string attached to another cup to call you on.
Ok, seriously, get him something to remember you (or all of you) by. Like a photobook blank unlined diary lookin' thing that everybody can put pictures or little drawings or whatever in. That's what we did for a buddy in high school when he went off to boot camp.
For a theme, whatever you can come up, or none at all. Get his parents to help - they'll be your best resource. A graduation theme might work well, though.
