Q: I have a thing with the dark. At night if i go downstairs while everyone is asleep or upstairs in the rooms, im always scared someone is watching me. I dont go downstairs that often but i need help. Is it because im weird or am i going crazy. Please help.. 14 female..

Maybe because you watch a scary movie or something before you go to bed or maybe it's because you imagine there's something scary in the closet! I sometimes get scared by the scary movies I watch.Hope I helped and good luck!
