OK, this may seem weird, but it's something that really scares me. Im really scared of being kidnapped. Now that it is summer, i really need to keep my window open, but what if someone cut the screen? If my parents are already in bed, I go around the house, checking to make sure every door is locked. I wanna stop being afraid. Am i being way too paranoid? HELP ME !!! I RATE HIGH (link)

its ok to be scared of being kidnapped, the trick is not to let it rule your life! while it is a real therate, generally most kidnappings happen while walking alone, so the therate of the cutting of screens is almost nonessitiant. just watch out for yourself, if you notice something strange tell someone.its ok to be afriad, and if your ever afriad in the night just do what i do, i call on god and just ask him to protect me and my family and to make the fear go away!
