heyyy i was just wondering if it's safe to really get an account on ebay and buy purses and what not! i have wanted an account for a long asZ* time and im just not sure what its all about and how it works and everything! please help ill rate very high;)
yeah, its completley safe - i mean there ARE risks, as with everything, but 99% of those people on there are just like you. look at the ratings that people leave " good buyer, good seller, " or "bad buyer, bad seller". just sign up and ti gives you step by step instructions, but you almost have to have a credit card / debit card so you can buy things, and sell them. hope i helped.
