I know what you mean it's so hard to tell them. If he already likes you a bit then come out and say it or write a note but I would just tell him if I were you because a note could fall into the hands of someone else like his friends and if it does he could get pretty embarassed. If you decide to just tell him then make sure to do it while nobody else is around. I love feedback by the way. Chow!
