i just bought a fairly tight-fitting dress for prom. i like it, but it shows a few bulges i dont want it to. is there any kind of workout that can burn some fat off my butt and stomach? are there any special foods that i should eat/not eat that can help? is there anyway to make the butt and stomach fat less noticable? thanks so much. i rate high for good answers. Just start doing about 50 crunches a day, then in a few, increase to 75, then in a few more days, to 100 and so on. Your stomach should start looking less fatty and more toned. You could also start running each day, its great exercise and can help trim ur legs. Dont eat too many sweets and dont drink much soda. Do eat a lot of fruit and vegetables.
