I am going to be a model and i wanted to know if any of you have any suggestions on how i can lose 5lbs fast
Hey,
Well you could start jogging every night, start by doing 3 sets of 25 sit ups and 2 sets of 25 push-ups. You could also go to the gym. You can also lay down on the floor, put your hand under your buttom and lift you legs 6inches off the ground for 30 second. That will also tone your stomach. Do 3 sets of 15. Hope i have helped.
