Ok well im a 13/f and my mom gets someone to babysit my brother whom is 8 just because im always out havin fun and doing stuff and i dont want to watch him. but anyways the point is lately his babysitter and me are like good friends. So well anyways she is 18 and I really i guess i could say i look up to her. I really do i love her like a sister and right now i know she is going thought a hard time and she started smoking and she said im gonna quit im just having a hard time well i dont think shes gonna quit because smoking is addicting and she might not be able to quit and im scared for her and myself because i look up to her so whats happens if i start to and i also dont think shes getting paid enought a week i added up all the time she worked this week and the money she got and dived it and she got like $2.78 an hour thats not fair she needs more money because she is gonna have to start paying for bills and stuff and shes not getting paid enought and now shes smoking and im lookin up to her and i just dont know what to do she is like a sister to me we are good friends and i really look up to her and i dont want her life to get screwed up plese help sorry this is so long

Wow, im 15 and i think im starting to look up to you for caring so much for some like that. How about you talkin to both your mom and her. Talk to you mom about givin her a raise. Tell her that she puts up with a lot of your brothers nonsence. And talk to the babysitter and tell her that you look up to her and you dont want her to screw up her life. That will make her feel really nice. And tell her that your only 13 but if that you will try to help her in any way possible. I hope i have helped.
