What's up? Well, I'm sure like each and every other advice columnist is that, we all enjoy giving advice . I like to keep things real and you'll find out how real when you ask me a question . im thirteen and not fat but bigger than i want to be im not over wieght and im not under its just that i would like to lose a few pound do you know any diets or exercises that have fast results

Try doing some sit-ups and crunches. The crunches aren't necessary. Try to stay away from bread and starchy food such as rice. Limit the use of sweets. If you could get your hands on some salad, then that would do you some good too. And if you know some yoga things, then try them. Just have fun and do whatever you consider that is fun and this something should be able to help you achieve your goal.
