Im not fat or chubby but i want to tighten my muscles in my thighs. Do you know any exercises that help target that area? Also, of course i need some of the healthiest foods to eat so im not taking up all of my energy so can you do some research on exersices and Dieats and everthing I need to make my diet book. Thanks...

Hmm... well lunges would work best, that is without crash dieting or anything :) And good foods are not always salads, but try to eat energizing fruits like oranges, and, well any fruit actually...it'll help keep you energized after the lunges :D heh, and good luck! :)
