well i dont breakout much even with my period. first u should wash your face with water. then use a scrub, toner, foam, peel, wash. i think thats the order these r products that work wonders on my friends.

Nutrigina On the Spot (the little white tube works better than i have ever seen!!!)
if you have young fresh skin that you just want to make it look healthier and or get rid of some minor zits the whole entire "Totally Juicy" line works well. i use them myself.
