i would really like to be more healthy. you know, toned muscles, eat healthy foods, etc. the thing is, i know exactly how to do it, what foods to eat, what to avoid, great exercises, etc. the only problem is i can NEVER be motivated enough to stick to a healthy lifestyle. reading through all this health advice really gets me excited about being healthier and such, but then when i actually go try it, i am never motivated enough to follow through! any tips? Dude i know exacly how you feel! You want to do it and you start but after a day or so it just goes away Put a picture of you in the mirror that shows your worse of angles and improve that and one you are looking better take your picture and do it, ut it in a mirror in which you look at evreymorning.or on a desk.
