Just how good your love looks on me
Here's a little bit about myself.
-Im 14...I'm not new to advicenators, just decided to get a new username, not a big deal. Im not boasting, but I do give good advice, and even though I might not be able to know exactly how you feel, I understand and that is why I'm able to help so much. Please don't ask me stupid and immature questions..because if you do, you'll get a stupid or immature answer right back.
I think thats all you need to know.
I don't think you need to know my life story here.
advice
This question is for someone who knows a lot about nutrition and working out.
Okay, I just started to work out for about an hour and fifteen minutes a day at the gym (cardio). I get hungry afterwards. I'm trying to lose weight (I'm a female, if that helps at all, and I'm not trying to build more muscle), so what foods would be okay to eat after a workout? Thanks in advance!
Just grab an apple or something..if you don't like fruit, get lowfat yogurt...and don't pig out, just eat something little. Then wait for a while, and that should satisfy your hunger..
Hope this helps
