This question is for someone who knows a lot about nutrition and working out.

Okay, I just started to work out for about an hour and fifteen minutes a day at the gym (cardio). I get hungry afterwards. I'm trying to lose weight (I'm a female, if that helps at all, and I'm not trying to build more muscle), so what foods would be okay to eat after a workout? Thanks in advance!

After a long cardiovascular work out you body will be craving energy. Carbohydrates such as fruit or bread is probably what would satisfy you. Part of the problem may be that you aren't eating anything before; eating one of the mentioned foods about an hour before you work out may help you not feel as hungary afterwards (but don't eat too close to your work out becuase you may feel sick, though I'm sure you knew that). Good luck with your work outs.
