This question is for someone who knows a lot about nutrition and working out.
Okay, I just started to work out for about an hour and fifteen minutes a day at the gym (cardio). I get hungry afterwards. I'm trying to lose weight (I'm a female, if that helps at all, and I'm not trying to build more muscle), so what foods would be okay to eat after a workout? Thanks in advance! (link)

you should actually eat more vegtables, like a salad or somthing because fruit has sugar in it which you shouldnt eat alot of if you're trying to loose weight.. hope i helped
