OMG!! Listen i'm 14 and my best friend is 13 and were both girls. It's been 4 months that we have sexually been physical together. Don't listen to what other people are saying, about being disgusting. I think that maybe your friend isn't sure about her sexuality, and doesn't want to 'be' with you sometimes, because she feels she isn't gay. Maybe you should just sit down and talk to her, and ask her what she wants. On the other hand, could someone have found out about you and your friend? Then maybe your friend feels insecure about doing anything with you anymore, because people have been teasing her (or something along those lines) about being disgusting.
