ok im j/w is constantly biting your lips until they bleed then biting them more or always pickiking at scabs until they;re completley off a bad habbit like cutting? i know itz a bad habbit, but is it ANYTHING likr cutting!

Sounds like more of an anxiety type behaviour. My daughter picks scabs and stuff like that as well. I've been working with her on that. Each time I see her start doing that, I have to remind her not to because it will leave scars.
