I have a track meet friday, and last time i had one, i fell! and couldnt run for the rest of that meet. Well, like i said above, I have a Track Meet Friday, and I am soo scared!!! and I am so nervous, i have been since monday, no joke! and i have been thinking about it since then! i know it sounds crazy, but it sure is true!! SO, what are some things that i can do to distract myself from being nervous? I have a fear of falling too, i fell in the open 100M dash! and i have to do it again tomorrow, and also the open 200M dash! and i am fine w/ doing the 200, its the 100 i am nervous about. when i fell i dontknow what happened, and i only had scratches on my legs, not my hands or anything. so, i think i was breathing funny because i was nervous and blacked out. well, I also dont know weather or not to use the blocks. :/

omg babe!! ive nvere done track but i do competitive gymnastics, so all i can say is just try to relax and think about something else...bc if you think about it too much it is more likely htat it will come true! so jsut stay positive and good luck!
