I'm a lacrosse player (female) and it is my first year. I just started to become athletic, and since I'm running so much, my toes/feet hurt a lot if I run a lot. Is there anything I can do to get used to running a lot so my feet don't hurt as much? Thanks so much! (link)
I don't know, I would try walking fast before you have to run and stuff, so your feet get more used to the pattern. Do it on the weekends and stuff, and casually bring it to a jog and eventually you'll get used to the feeling of running and won't have that pain anymore.
