Q: hey there. im thinking about using proactive for my zits. the ones i usually get are either small painful ones, and these huge, cystic ones. they scar, and i have so many scars on my face from acne..and i was wondering if proactive works for both the little ones and the big lump ones that are really painful and beneath the skin, does anyone know what i mean? well if anyone has any personal experiences with the zits im talking about, and/or proactive, please help me!! im just wondering if proactive is right for my kind of skin? thank you!!

no its only for minor pimples , if you have cystic zits you should really go to a dematologist , he can give you plls to get rid of them .
