Hey. Does anyone know how to get fit and look fit -like, have a six pack and nice bicepts- the shortest and easiest way? I do not have access to a gym nearby and I've been doing sit-ups, but it isn't working fast enough. What should i do to speed up the process? I'm not fat, just real thin. (link)

Ok, well i hear that if you just cut your sugar intake you should have more definition and build muscle eaiser.
