how do i add a code that locks my background into place? and what would the code be?

Hey! you know how the code origionally is:
[body background="URL"]
All you have to do is add bgproperties="fixed", so it will look like this:
[body background="URL" bgproperties="fixed"]
---
although change ] to > and [ to <
