They can be caused by shaving, but if they are big then that sounds like the soap you are using is causing irritation, so what I recommend is get your self some feminine wash, it is safe and mild, also if your shaving down there use a 3 blade razor, it doesn't cause as much irritation. Another thing that works good is Bikini Zone you can buy it at Walmart.

That one guy was right, I went to the doctor and it turned out to be scabies! Sucks for me, but a month of rubbing stinky cream down there and they are all gone. Sorry I didn't reply sooner.
