Heyy!!! Dr. Rachel in the house ;) well i'm notta Dr. yet!! I'm good helping with life issues. When I'm older I'm going to become a psycologist, and might as well get started. I love helping people out, and I know it's easier to tell someone something, than to actually do it themselves. So I try to say what I would do in a situation. soccer is coming up soon.... i need to get in shape... really bad. whenever i run now i feel i get out of breath a lot easier. and i think my leg muscles decreased, i lost a lot of weight. what can i do do get in shape, and increase my muscles (mainly leg muscles.. although arm muscles would help for my throw-ins)?

stretch, and do lots of situps!!! situps stregnthen your stomache muscles, and strong stomache, helps you run faster!
