Seeing as to how she is 13 and a teenager..yes...tell her that you want her to talk to you BEFORE she decides to have sex...or atleast talk with another adult..so that she can atleast get protection..because if she gets restricted..she is more than likely to do it anyways and unsafe..trust me, i did it too!
