advice
i need to loose weight. i am 5'4" and i weigh 138. i really want to loose 15 pounds by the summer. Yesterday i started a 900 calorie diet adn i have been doin 200 crunches. Is there anythign else you can think of?
Well it looks like your off to a great start! The most important thing is your determination. Just keep your mind straight and everything will come into place if you have a routine or somthing. But always keep active. The diet and crunches are also very good. Try eating less portions or just better foods. Try to only eat when you should.. but just when you feel like eating. But if you keep your mind to it, i'm sure you will see progress ! hope i helped, leave one in the imbox of you want :)
