My friends and I are going camping in Summer- has anyone got any nice, healthy vegetarian recipes that can be cooked over the fire? Also, how do you cook things over an open fire? Thanks.

one thing i know you can cook over a fire is corn on the cob (leave the husks on) you get this wire rack thing (it kinda looks like a cooling rack) and you put that over your fire. you could probably go to any camping/sporting goods store also, if you dont hear anything else to cook over a fire, i brought a really small stove last time i went camping..it runs on gas so all you need is matches..hope this helps *KaysEe
