What are the best excersises and best ways to excercise for a 13 year old in middle school that wants a flat stomach, keep a flat stomach, and build some muscle? And how often should I excersise?

dear muscles,

there is a perfect answer for this! simply do crunches. Do 20 in the morning, 20, when you get home from school, and 20 right before you go to bed. simply increase the amount of crunches as you get more advanced. another stratagy is when you are watching tv to also do crunches. even if you are watching your favorite program, there is always time to fit in at least 25 crunches during a commercial break!
