Q: I need some exercises that will help my balance for skateboarding. 15/m
Imagine that you are one with your skateboard. Imagine that it is an extension of your feet
Then imagine that you are being held up on either side by two people of your choice and that way you will egt more support and stability on your board. Oh and practice makes perfect :)
