No. 13 is not too young to date, but remember this - when you're 21 and you look back at your life, you're not going to remember or even care about who you dated when you were thirteen. Have fun, enjoy your childhood. Don't worry about boys too much. Don't make them your life because when they leave [and they will at such an age] you'll have lost everything. Save actual relationships when the both of you are more mature to handle it.
