im 5'2 and 115 lbs. everyone tells me im not fat or chubby. they say that my stoamch is flat but its not. no matter what i think that im heavy and that its noticable. are there any ways to make my stomach flat? and situps never worked for me. i want to lose it because im always afraid that im going to lose my boyfriend to someone whos skiny and pretty. any ideas? please and thank you. hmm that sounds EXTREMELY familier. thats exactly my problem ( except i dont have a b/f lol) um i have an idea but i dont know if it will work...
limit your amount of junk food. you can still eat it but maybe instead of having a whole bag of chips have half. try doing 20 crunches a night. i'm sure youll see a difference. i think im gonna take my own advice. lol hope it works!! good luck!!!
