I've just had my train track braces removed and been given a retainer. I didn't think to ask my orthodontist, but...if I wear my retainer more (like round the house after school as well instead of just at night), will it make my teeth more likely to stay in place or move quicker or whatever? Would wearing it more than just at night do more harm or good?
