Hi,
I'm 5"7, aged fourteen and weigh ten stone (which is 140 pounds I think). I know this isn't majorly overweight or anything, but I feel fat and would like, if possible, to gradually get down to nine stone (126 pounds). I wouldn't mind if this took, say a few months.
I exercise regulary but find it hard to stop snacking between meals. Has anyone got any tips into how to stop this?
Or any other gradual-dieting tips.
Any advice would be very much appreciated :-)

One of the things that i find works really well is everytime you feel like snacking, drink a pint of water. This not only makes you feel full but flushes nasty toxins out of your system and makes ur skin look healthy!
