hi.... i used to cut myself too... its a big problem... but you are good to have the strength to admit it and try to get help with it... but it is not the answer. look at the problems that are making you cut yourself and try to work them out. the thing i did to help me is whenever i felt like doing it or got really angry i wrote a poem expressing how i was feeling... you could write poems or even start a journal and in that journal write down how your feeling at that time...and mabey take that journal to a close friend or relative and let them read it and see if they have any suggestions on how to help you out with what is making you angry or what the problem is! if you need anymore suggestions or help you can instant message me on my AIM screen name or e mail me... im always here to help...
