theres this thing on my leg and its like 20 purpleish pinkish dots. i dont know wat it is. does any one know wat it is or how to get rid of it? thanx (link)

my grandmother had one of those before on her chest she went to the doctors to get it checked out and it was cancer she had to get it removed so i would go get it checked out before it turns into something worse if you know what i mean
