30-to an hour on Exercise Bike
3 Sets of 15 Crunches
3 Sets of 15 Pushups
3 Sets of 15 Leg Lifts

umm no.. I'm sorry. See i'm a cheerleader on the state team. and well that is really bad plan. Sorry but like join a rec. team.. i do 1000 crunches 500 push ups and not many leg lifts b/c i already have problems w/ my leg and you dont need to strech more then ONCE wow.. that is a BAD workout plan it will NEVER work sorry

Well your a cheerleader so I guess it's not a good plan for you but I think it might be a good plan for me from what other people have said and if it isn't well I guess it's my problem haha thanks for the advice anyway!
