Im 13/f and one of my best friends (12/f) tryed somking today with her two other friends who have somked sice they were 10.
I am really against smoking and when I talked to her about it, she said she was, and didn't tell me that she tried it or act like anything was weird. I know she told others, I saw her whispering. I know she did it because I was with a group of friends next to the bush where they smoke and I saw her smoking. She was coughing all the way through the next lesson and STANK.
This was in first break and she went off with the other two at lunch too, so she might of been smoking then too. I havn't told her that I know.---How do I stop her before she gets addicted?---
She is really into sports and I know smoking makes you breathless and bad at sport. I think she would have a far better life if she didn't smoke. Sorry about the length!

i would just have a talk with her and tell her that you found out she smoked. explain to her how much you care about her so thats why your telling her not to smoke. your being a good friend and giving her good advice. she should defintley listen to you and hopefully realize smoking is not the way to go at only 13..or really ever :/
