Q: okay, ive been working out everyday for like 2 weeks now and ive been getting into REALLy good shape. . but i havent really been loosing weight, just getting really tone.. the thing is, i eat ALOT. not like fattening foods, its healthy/okay foods. but i just like overload on it i guess.. and i HATE the idea of "eating in moderations".. its so hard! once u take a bite out of something, you just want to eat more.. any good motivational tips that would help me eat in moderations?? thanks =]
Just so you know-- muscle weighs more than fat does. In otehr words, if you are looking to get buff AND lose weight-- its not going to happen.

As for eating in moderation- it's a very hard thing to do. Try only eating at mealtimes; don't ever snack. When you do eat, make sure your meals are healthy and well-rounded. Don't skip meals.

Maybe try something like a reward system-- if you go a week without snacking (ie, only eating at meals) treat yourself to a movie or buy something small. If you do snack, exersize double that day. Basically, you just need to have a lot of self control.

thanks
