Hi uis there any good exercises that will tone up your legs to make them look nice and shaped? I rate thanx!! ^_^

hey in the latest seven magazigne theres a whole work out to tone your legs, you should buy it, its only like 3$ and you can buy it at like any store... i would type it all out for you so you dont have to buy it, but i'd be sitting here all night trying to explain it lol... hope i helped!! xxo -jeanine
