Q: ok i have been on a diet for 2 weeks now and i've been doin real good but now its realyl hard..like i have been eating some thinks i know i shouldnt but i cant help it. does anyone have any suggestions that will help me stick to my diet? thanks:)
The first few days are the easiest. As you diet longer losing weight becomes a lot harder. Sorry, but it's true. Just try your hardest and if you do eat something, exercise. Run to burn it off. When you are lying around, do flutter kicks or pushups, o situps. (flutter kicks are when you lay on the ground and kick your legs a little bit off the ground. Try really hard to eat healthy. Maybe if you lose a certain amount of weight, reward yourself. You always try hardest if you know you're getting something! Hope everything works out!
