First thing I have to say.. is I am really goin thru a tough time right now so please don't be mean anwsering this question because I am serious about this... Alright... I had like a breakdown today...and cut my wrists a little bit not alot but some..I really can not stop thinking about suicide and I don't know what to do.. I want help so it doesn't go to far... but I'm afraid if I ask people will just think I am doing it for attention and I'm not but I can't take this anymore... I don't know what to do.. Ok well...I have the same thing happening to me, except its worse, its been attempted im hust waiting for someone to let my parents know that i have a prolonged depression so that i can get help. But some ways to help, are going to see your school councelor, or talking to a close adult. But to tell you the truth dont think about suicide, because if you fail it hurts even more so please keep that thought out of your head.If you ever need someone to talk to about your problems ill be glad to listen you can email me or talk to me on msn at estimate_est@hotmail.com
