Q: i have the habit of bitting my nails. =( i dont want to bit them...but i cant stop! i would do anything to stop bitting them!!! i dont want to bit them anymore and everytime i try to stop i just can't stop myself from bitting them! PLEASE...if you have any ideas on how to stop, please tell me!!!
there's a special nail polish that tastes bad when you bte your nails or you can get fake nails and you wont really be biteing your nails and you can just let your nails grow out then take of the fake nails
