does braces hurt when they tighten them and o yeah what are some good colors for them 2 and well not being racsit but i need some people who wear braces to tell but if anybody elese wants to answer feel free. (link)

It hurts. Um some colors is seeif they have clear ones cuase you cant rely see them or just maybe your fav. color, try to do things towards the holidays,
ex. For the Fourth of July you can do red and blue
