hey every1.okay i know ALLLL the diet tips and the right fo0ds to eat and the excerise plans, etc, alllll of it... Im about 126-127 lbs, and im 5'2..I want to go down to 120 but I dont know how to STAY on the diet..I need motivation..Like sometimes Ill just be like aww screw it and just eat w/e, then right after i eat it i feel really depressed, etc..Any tips on how to STAY on a diet and STAY motivated?? Thanks!

when i wanted to lose some weight, i recruited a friend. we kept each other in check. it actually worked out great! good luck
