I'm a vegan. I like glam rock and androgynous males. I have two cats. they're mystical beings. I'm going to college in less than a month.
advice
Ok. My cat Zoey will not stop pooping on the floor! She has a litter box and all she does is poop on the floor right next to it. She's not a baby, shes almost 4 yrs. old and she's always used the litter box fine, just recently she has started doing this, her litter box is clean because i clean it at least once every two days and i dont know what to do with her anymore, she has done this at least 10 times. I know that like putting their nose in it and saying no works on dogs but does it work od cats? Please if anyone knows anything i can do then tell me! Thanks in advance!
1) how old was she when weaned from her mother? if she was weaned before 3 months then chances are, she was never taught poddy training. In this case you're going to have to discipline her when she uses it in the wrong place and move her to the box a lot. I don't exactly remember all that litter-box training involves but it sounds as if this is not caused because she was never trained.
2) you have one box. Most vets will recommend having two per cat per floor. We live in a ranch house with three cats, therefore we have six boxes. They're all in their own little room.
3) could your cat be blind? My cat constantly peed outside the box, was unreactive towards the other cats and stumbled around when we moved furniture. Turns out, she's blind (and deaf).
Consider these.
