I have always heard that if your wrapper of a Tootsie Roll Pop has the indian shooting a star you can send it in to get a free Tootsie Pop. Is this actually true, and if so who do you send it to?

How did this "question" get through the Admin? I'm sorry, but that was a waste of my time. A free lollipop? Now, who cares?
